The Commodore’s Dinner is back! The Date is November 4. The place is The Crazy Horse Restaurant at Berkshire East Mountain Resort.
The menu is a choice of one of three entrees, New York strip steak with garlic compound butter, stuffed chicken breast with roasted red peppers and yellow squash topped with a red pepper coulis or butternut squash with sage-brown butter sauce.
Green salad, warm dinner rolls, roasted fingerling potatoes and maple glazed carrots will be served, with assorted petite fours for desert.
There will be a cash bar.
As always there is no charge for club members in good standing. Guests will be charged $50.00 each.

The sooner you can let us know the better. The space, overlooking the ski slopes, is open with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace and access to a deck. It can accommodate up to 100 guests. There is equipment for a photo presentation if someone would like to put one together. This should be a fun way to cap off the sailing season and I hope you can attend.
