Also, don’t forget about Mooring day May 20, 9:00-12:00. If you have a small boat arrive earlier and if you have a larger one, arrive later. This will allow for the most efficient placement of tackle.

The 2016 sailing season is in full swing with several windy days already bestowed upon the lucky few who have already moored their boats at Ward’s cove. Expect more to come before the mid-summer doldrums and the dog days of summer are upon us. So- If you have yet to launch your boat (like myself) then try to get it on your mooring so you do not miss the great sailing available early season.
